Current Sale Details - Customer Appreciation 2021

Our 2021 Customer Appreciation Sale consists generally of 20% discounts on most products in-store and online (for exceptions see below, and some items have even higher discounts).

The timing of this sale: In-Store (COVID: Phone Orders for Curbside Pickup or whatever is being currently allowed) : From open to close on Tuesday April 20
Online (Including In-Store / Curbside Pickup Orders) : From sometime on the evening of Monday April 19 when the discount goes LIVE to sometime after midnight on the night of Tuesday April 20 (Early Morning of Wednesday April 21).

Some Rules, Limitations and Exceptions May Apply, Including:

  • ALL DISCOUNTED SALES ARE FINAL - No returns or exchanges on SALE-purchased items.
  • NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES DURING SALE PERIOD (of previously-purchased items - please, not while we are hopefully crazy busy)
  • The Discount Code does NOT work in combination with any other sales or discounts (including "Free Shipping" offers - so to be clear, you must choose to either get Free Shipping where it is applicable OR the 20% Discount) nor on many products (many of which are already on SALE or discounted to the lowest prices reasonably possible, or even allowed, in many cases) such as all items in categories including:
    Gardening & Processing
    Dispensary & Packaging Supplies
    Vaporizers & Vaporizer Accessories
  • There are products that may have to be exempted from the sale pricing (including some that our website may accidentally allow to be sold at the sale discount, for us to only realize after checkout that the item should not have been allowed to be sold at the discounted price). If our software mistakenly allows and applies the discount then we may have to (and reserve the right to) either cancel the order or negotiate an acceptable discount with the customer involved. Some products simply do not have sufficient 'markup' to allow us to give these discounts on them without actually losing money (especially when combined with other concerns like errors in shipping calculation for large or heavy items). Others are not allowed to be sold at such discounted pricing according to their manufacturers or distributors. Others are already seriously discounted (e.g. in the case of quantity-discounted items like boxes, etc.) and so a sale discount will generally only be applied before any case quantity discount.
  • Our online shipping rate calculation apps sometimes make mistakes and calculate and apply a much lower shipping charge than these same shippers end up charging us for your shipping. When the mistake occurs on a regular-priced sale, it is much more financially reasonable for us to 'swallow' some or all of the mistake, but during a substantial sale like this one, we will have to more carefully monitor for these errors and if necessary work with customers to correct any shipping-calculation underestimates. Similarly, packages that are returned to us due to customer error such as failure to accept delivery or pick items up at your Post Office (or underage purchaser, etc) cause us to be charged twice for shipping (both directions, including back to us) and with sale discounts we are even less able to 'swallow' that cost, so any refund/cancellation may likely require doubled shipping charges (and a THIRD shipping charge to ship them BACK out in many circumstances),
  • Due to anticipated higher order volume, shipping may take a day or few longer than normal - please do not pay for faster shipping, for example, and expect us to be able to get your order out without delay. Allow for shipping delays (while we will do our best to avoid them, always).
  • Similarly, as hard as we might try to get Online Orders for In-Store Pickup ready as soon as possible after an order is placed, during the SALE period we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to get In-Store Pickup orders ready in any timely fashion - they may take hours, they may take days (depending on how busy things are) so please expect them to take days!
  • Sale prices apply while supplies last (and are subject to change without notice). No rain-cheques - when items are sold out, they're no longer 'on sale' (this includes items for which our inventory system may have had a mistake - we cannot guarantee that 'In Stock' is always correct).
  • There ARE a bunch of items on which we're honoring the discounts ON TOP OF our previously-announced special discount pricing including some amazing glass pieces from Hoss, BIO, BENT, JBD (Jerome Baker Designs), Gangster, and NICE Glass! (while we reserve the right to refuse any discount that we deem to have been mistakenly processed, of course). 
  • Some of the MANY items that are on sale but with a different - in some cases AMAZING - discount that will be applied automatically to the item without the need for a Discount Code, specific to them (and based on factors like lowest allowed sale pricing set by manufacturers for example) include: Arizer Air, Arizer Air2, Arizer Solo, Arizer Solo2, Arizer ArGo and Arizer ExtremeQ, PAX2, PAX3.
