Thanks again for your order, and for your patience and understanding! COVID totally kicked our butts that's for sure. We're STILL working hard to catch up from the craziness caused by the pandemic... Our apologies again for the delays, Canada Post has actually called us to let us know that there are huge delays still in their systems as they have, like us, been totally overwhelmed by the COVID situation, having to send trucks/packages to far-away processing facilities because closer ones were totally full and overwhelmed, completely unable to keep up in various other ways, etc. We feel for them, especially considering how much we've been in a similar situation. You're totally correct that we're not normally slow AT ALL - we generally are able to get your orders out basically within a day at most, while the delay got up to well over two weeks at the height of COVID and remain almost as high as that still to this day, unfortunately, as we hustle to get caught up as best we can. Anyhoo, the main reason I wanted to reply/comment is actually because we DO have an 'Email When Available' link on the page of every product that is 'Out Of Stock' and so if you're not seeing that when you check out 'sold out' items, please consider letting us know via email so that we can do a little trouble-shooting to try to figure out why you don't get the tabs when as far as we know most if not all others do :) - Thank you again and all the very best to you, we're here for you and happy to help anytime and always, and we'll always do our best for you (and things will be MUCH less delayed as we get out of this COVID-caused madness, of course!) :)
