AIE impulse hand sealers are a great option for lower volume applications such as the sealing of plastic bags and poly-tubing. This AIE impulse hand sealer has a 2 mm seal, ideal for sealing materials that are 6 mil thick or less. It is important to understand that a heat sealer with a cutter should be used for poly-tubing. Another rule of thumb is to purchase a sealer that is 2 inches larger than the widest bag that needs to be heat sealed. The extra inch on each side of the bag will allow a strong seal and faster operation. AIE impulse hand sealers create excellent air and watertight seals on plastics such as polyethylene, polyurethane, polyvinylchloride, polypropylene and other heat sealable materials.

Poly bag sealers create an air and water tight seal quickly without having to wait for unit to warm up. To operate heat sealer, simply place poly-bag, tubing or any other heat sealable material between sealing bars, press handle down and release. Plastic bag sealers feature a timing light to indicate when seal is complete. Heat sealers have a Teflon coated sealing surface for long life. Plastic bag sealers include 6' long, 110V power cord.
