This thing is great! If only it had a remotely wired temperature sensor it would be perfect! But it does have adjustable idle (meaning that your exhaust fan will run constantly at whatever low-speed you would like it to run at when not actively cooling, so as to keep a negative-pressure environment in your space for odor control), and it works great!
