We apologize, but no additional discounts or promotional codes may be applied to our rock-bottom MIGHTY Volcano vaporizer and accessory pricing! These prices are as low as we can possibly go! Our prices on these products conform to the Storz&Bickel Minimum Advertised Pricing Policy. Sadly, U.S.-to-Canadian dollar exchange rates have recently been really killing us on these items, but the price you see here is the lowest allowed by the manufacturer while being able to maintain our 'Authorized Retailer' status.
PLEASE NOTE: The makers of Volcano have (finally) begun to listen to retailers who have been complaining about extremely unfair pricing practices, and one of their solutions is that we are now bound by a "Minimum Advertised Pricing" policy that forces us to never price our Storz&Bickel vaporizers lower than the prices that you see here. People are allowed to sell them for more, and many do, but not for less than our prices. This means that anyone who is selling/advertising these products for any less than the prices we are charging here is NOT authorized to sell these products and is therefore likely either selling counterfeit or refurbished products, or products that are otherwise not 'right' nor covered by warranty.

Toronto Hemp Co has the best price on this machine and their service from order to my door was stellar. Thank you THC!
It's kinda like Storz & Bickel tried to build a Porsche Road Bike but ended up putting a plastic, Taiwan made kickstand; yeah, buyers would be upset too... I paid how much for this and you cheaped me out like this? Why? :/ I'm all for capitalism and squeezing the customer for as much money but that is just greed to the n'th degree, they cheaped out instead of profiting more... which is stupid and the opposite of which. Worst part is, a better solution is not available; you have to figure it out. I use a vacant wireless phone charger and will buy a better one but this is money out their pockets at this point... which makes me laugh in a way. Are you guys not (S&B) in the business of making money?
They pretty much done this device correctly, every step of the way, until the stand. All they could have done is design in a built in kickstand, like one of my cell phone cases, stands on its own and does a much better job since the pivot point is on top rather than on the bottom... makes a lot more sense, on a top heavy device to use a stand/bracket with a high pivot point, than having the pivot point at the bottom. So much for German engineering at this point, when Canadian redneck engineers have a greater understanding of how basic things work, like balance and rigging. Who knew it's better to hold a structure upright a pole or wire from a high point, to a low point, running on a hypotenuse, than trying to hold it the structure up with a twig at its base; doesn't take a genius to figure this out. Not sure if it's laziness or lack of intelligence? I don't know but either way, GET TO THE DRAWING BOARD!!! This device could be built some much better but I am not sure if these people possess the brains to make it happen... if you ask me, they were entirely omitted with this stand.
This here one is a joke. You'd think you paid less than $20 and the company tried to save as much as possible... personally, I don't care, do it right, do the right thing and bill me for it. Seems logical. I think anyone who can afford a device like this, can afford an extra $20 on a quality stand and would likely be upset about this type of "customer's problem" type of greed.
The stand here is so bad, I had to make my own. After the 3rd time it tipped over, that was enough; even vape pens stand better. This is the only reason why I did not give it 5 stars, the stand is literally an insult to the buyer. I would expect this from a $100 vape pen but not a $400 device like this... for shame Storz and Bickel, your greed made on the backs of sick people, whom is likely uses this device the most, sure is sickening to me.
Hey, look at our $400 German engineered device but don't at the $0.10 stand, pretty much made for you to break it and buy another one, since I am 100% sure falls are not covered under warranty, although that piss poor stand warrants it. Based on that alone, I would avoid buying this device again.
That said, I do still recommend it if you plan on getting or making your own stand, other than that, I do not recommend it as it is not stable at all. The base is on a convex shape and the stand is supposed to keep it standing... barely does it. I imagine that, "A for effort" is good enough for Storz & Bickel. Though I hardly think it's worth what I paid for it... make better stand and I would say it is entirely worth it. Cheap out like this, I may likely never buy again, I hate being insulted like this and yes this ten cent stand is an insult.
I only dab, so I can only speak about that aspect of it. It's very easy, make sure you get some of the steel wool pads. I take about 6 nice size dabs a day with it and I don't need to clean pads often. Make sure you heat the device up before trying to remove it though, otherwise it will come apart. Not sure how long pads last but I would say maybe stretch a month if maintained. Mildly heat with a torch then dip in alcohol overnight, then soak in water and let dry. Good as new!
The positives now and they trump the negative. Clouds are amazing, best draws I ever had on a portable device. Well made, as it works with both plant AND concentrates. I didn't expect it to perform as good as it did and now, I am hooked. Word of advice, let the dab melt into the wool before putting the cap on. Otherwise, the screen will fill with oil, clog and make it harder to draw. Letting the dab melt, ensures a better uniformity and consistency of the draws. Also, dabbing will likely cause lock ups, or much harder to open the cap, this is because the oil gets caught in the cracks and when the device cools, returns to a solid and that is as strong as glue in some cases; I imagine more prevalent with dabs... high quality, snappy shatter.
In the end, great clouds, amazing dabbing device, well constructed but a piss poor design. With so many glass pipes that have wide bases, there is no excuse for this pathetic stand; same with how much you pay for it either, you'd expect more, as you should.
-If you want big clouds, heavy dabs and get all of it, this is the device for you.
-If you prefer something that stands and won't break because of a poor part, then I suggest you stay away.
-If you have money and will get your own stand, then you will love this device.
Lastly, I dab at between 205 and 210... at first I didn't think it would even work but it does, seems like 210 is the most you'd ever want to be dabbing at but I like to keep it at 205.. After a few big hits, I saw its consistency and pretty much threw away my Kandy Pen; it was like night and day; at last I didn't need to prime my dabs anymore to get a significant draw to fill my lungs. Could take a whole dab, with little to no waste, not scorch my throat and get well toasted... nicely toasted. That said, the dosing capsules hardly work with shatter, likely only for oil. The battery charge doesn't last that long because it is a high discharge device which means they use a lot of power but drain quickly; almost like a capacitor. So I do recommend buying a spare charger and leave it in your car if you travel a lot. If I use it all day, I can't use it at night and will need to be charged before usage but I tend to use a more elaborate dab rig for the nights.
At this point, it's all I have to say about it. Since I didn't see too many reviews... anywhere online, figured I'd leave a much more thorough one, based on my experiences since other ones seem to lack content. Again, great device, best cloud maker but terrible stand and charge duration but the charger is probably the big difference for me, coming from threaded... which is kind of stupid to use brass threaded devices; brass is a soft metal, probably one of the worst metals to make threads with on because they strip way too easily. #ExMetalFabricator
Also noteworthy to say that, the device uses a "vibrate" function to let the user know when it's reached its max temperature and when it is about to shutdown... this contribute to poor battery life and you cannot remove it; I can easily live without it, I find it quite useless actually... less than useless, I find that it's actually a detriment; helps kill the battery. Maybe a defense mechanism to make you buy another one once warranty is over... like Linksys routers. Some dabs I take can last much longer than most users, this means the vibration runs a lot for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I am a heavy weight.... those saying the device is good on the battery are most likely lightweights, taking baby size hits. My average hit is about 1/8 of a gram of prime shatter. Never went an entire day without having to recharge halfway through; heavyweights be warned - charger is your best friend!! Though heavyweights will love the clouds they produce.... they are in themselves, worth it. Would have returned it, if it offered weak clouds.
Again, this device feel like the builder went cheap on things they should have spend more on and spent too much on things that were entirely unnecessary..... but that's me.
Props to TorontoHemp for helping me chose a device and a speedy delivery.
How do I clean the air intake after it's all gunked up and can't suck air in any more? My cooling unit is perfectly clean. Yeah, they don't tell you that, if you do want to clean it entirely, that you either have to file for warranty work or void your warranty to do it yourself and guess what? I guarantee 100% you won't have the right tools to take it apart and do it yourself either. Micro size torx, I never seen this. Will most likely strip if you try, considering how (shrouded-restricted) of a build this is.
The battery, who cares if you can't clean it properly or the stand can barely stand on its own.... this was stupid the way they did it. I get it but they could have build a stand in another way, whilst retaining that same tool. The battery is not my main concern... that is, having the device fall on the ground all the time because of the piss poor design and getting good, struggle free draws. Then lately, I have to add, proper cleaning of air intake. Yeah, try that design on an airplane, have main components inaccessible to the mechanics.
So, I no longer recommend it until it is better engineered; to more adequate, NA standards. Overpriced about 300%, I would not pay more than C$125 for this as it is; the rest you're paying for the name fame. Figure out a way to have a better stand and to clean the air intake, I would buy again, definitely. Both of these things should be really easy, lacks of brains over there in Germany I guess, I already know how it could be done easily too but... I am not in the business of doing other people's work without proper compensation. Now you get to pay 25% more for a battery that lasts longer, so they only fixed the easy stuff; what requires thinking was ignored.
Lastly, the power adapter emits a very toxic frequency when charging, do not keep this plugged in!!!! At least, don't keep it where there are a lot of people, kids or animals. I mean, the BS just keep piling on, to where engineering and well-being was totally ignored... a device for masochists. Great vapor but at what costs?? No longer worth it.
I am ringing the alarm, you have been warned.
